At Madam Muse, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if your selection isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All garments must be unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare Your Package

Carefully pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure our team can identify your order quickly.

Label and Ship

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to the outside of your box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
